PURPOSE: An up/down converting apparatus is provided to notify a module generated an obstacle to a manager of a base station through an RF block from a state check unit, thereby capable of replacing the only module generated the obstacle. CONSTITUTION: A PLL(Phased Locked Loop) unit(100) provides a local frequency and also, after checking one's own state, outputs a signal corresponding to the state. An up-converter(200) receives the local frequency, simultaneously when an IF signal is received from an IF block, converts the IF signal into an RF signal and then outputs the signal to an RF block and also, after checking one's own state, outputs a signal corresponding to the state. A down-converter(300) receives the local frequency, simultaneously when an RF signal is received from the RF block, converts the RF signal into an IF signal and then outputs the signal to an IF block and also, after checking one's own state, outputs a signal corresponding to the state. A state check unit(400) receives the state signal from the PLL unit(100), up-converter(200) and down-converter(300), thereafter outputs an alarm signal or displays the signal to a manage of a base station via the RF block and simultaneously supplies the power of the module. |
