PURPOSE: A method is provided to significantly reduce defects of rotor caused due to unbalance correction error, while achieving an improved work efficiency and productivity. CONSTITUTION: A method comprises a step(100 to 102) of measuring unbalance amount and unbalance position angle for a rotor for which unbalance correction is completed; a step(103) of judging whether the initial unbalance amount before the unbalance correction falls within the range of set value; a step(104) of increasing count if the initial unbalance amount is within the range of set value; a step of judging whether the measured unbalance amount is larger than the value for judging whether a rotor is defective or non-defective; a step(105) of measuring the angle deviation between the unbalance position before correction and unbalance position after correction, if the measured unbalance amount is larger than the value; a step(107,109,111,113) of judging whether the angle deviation is 0° ± X1° and 180° ± X1°(0 < X1 < 5), or 0° ± X2° and 180° ± X2°(X1 < X2 < 90); and a step(108,110,112,114) of comparing the frequency for the case where the angle deviation is 0° + X2° and 180° + X2°, and for the case where the angle deviation is 0° - X2° and 180°- X2° and compensating for the error generating angle, comparing the case where the angle deviation is zero ± X1° and the case where the angle deviation is 180° ± X1°, and increasing the correction amount if the frequency of the case of 0° ± X1° is larger and decreasing the correction amount if the frequency of the case of 180° ± X1° is larger.
