PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device in a color printer that solves image disorder in which a ground color of a medium appears on the borders of black portions of the image caused by a slight printing position displacement between black and other colors. SOLUTION: The color printer includes the following process in the case that black ink is applied to a dot to be printed. An adjacent dot detecting part detects a kind of each color of adjacent dots to be printed. When each adjacent dot uses black ink, black ink only is applied to the dot to be printed. When black ink is not used, checking the kind of used ink colors out of yellow, magenta and cyan, logical sum is obtained from the used colors and the color of the dot to be printed, and the dot is printed with the obtained color ink droplets overlaid. |
