PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an object moving method and device using an endless winch capable of moving objects without slacking a wire particularly. SOLUTION: The object moving method and device therefor using endless winch 3 including a pulley 2 installed on one side and endless winch 3 installed on the other side is configured so that object 10 coupled with the wire 4 set around between the pulley 2 and winch 3 is moved while the wire 4 is moved, wherein one end of the wire 4 is joined with a free pulley 5 and the other end is wound round the free pulley 5 and coupled with the object, and thereby movement is generated in the condition that the wire 4 is tightened at all times.
