PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative material which displays high humidity conditioning property. SOLUTION: A woody substrate is prepared. A humidity conditioning layer is provided to one side surface of the woody substrate. A porous skin material layer is provided to an opposed surface to the woody substrate of the humidity conditioning material layer.
