PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a musical sound waveform in response to vibration and to miniaturize a device by resetting a read-out means so as to read out the waveform data from a prescribed initial phase. SOLUTION: A counter circuit 3 forms a progressive address signal for reading out the musical sound data from a waveform memory 4. For instance, the counter cumulates '1' at every time ΔT by a circular circuit consisting of an adder, a selector and a delay circuit by time ΔT, and is reset in an initial value '0' by that the selector selects the value '0' whenever a zero cross trigger zc is given. That is, the read-out means is reset so as to read out the waveform data from the prescribed initial phase when a zero cross of the value of an electric vibration signal is detected while the waveform data are read out. Thus, a read-out waveform returns to an initial position at every moment at an interval answering to the pitch of the vibration in the moment. |
