PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a straight advance property and stability during navigation, in a pusher-barge in which a barge is connected to a pusher in front of the pusher. SOLUTION: In this pusher-barge(PB) in which the barge (B) is connected to the pusher (P) in front of the pusher, at least the pusher (P) is provided with a ballast keel (4) having a ballast function, and when the pusher (P) is connected to the barge (B), the lower edge (40) of the ballast keel (4) is smoothly connected to a keel of the barge (B).
