PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new seaweed bed bank freed from drawbacks involved in conventional artificial seaweed bed banks, capable of easily adopting timbers from thinning, and easy for seaweeds to stick thereto and grow thereon. SOLUTION: This seaweed bed bank comprises a foundation 10 set t the bottom of the water, a support column 20 erected on the foundation 10, and a shelf 30 mounted on the support column 20; wherein a seaweed-raising unit mounted and disposed with a number of thinnings 32 arranged in the form of log is set up on the shelf 30.
