A covering shelf assembly is provided to ensure stabilized rotation of a covering shelf without causing opening and closing noise of a tail gate, and to conceal a link unit connecting the covering shelf and the tail gate from outside view. In a vehicle having a covering shelf and a tail gate, a covering shelf assembly comprises a bracket(110), and a link unit(100). The bracket is secured on an inner side of the tail gate. The link unit is rotary and connected to the covering shelf and the bracket, comprising a first supporting arm(120) whose one end is rotary and connected to the bracket, and a second supporting arm(130) whose one end is hinged to the covering shelf and the other end is riveted to the other end of the first supporting arm.
