ULTRASONIC BEAM CHARACTERIZER BY SENSING TEMPERATURE USING ARRAY THERMOCOUPLES WITH WATER VESSEL AND USING METHOD THEREOF

A temperature-sensing type ultrasonic beam characterizer and the use are provided to increase accuracy by forming a water tank filled with water between an ultrasonic generator and a heat sensing portion and thereby excluding environmental elements such as heat generation of an oscillator. A temperature-sensing type ultrasonic beam characterizer using an array thermocouple equipped with a water tank comprises as follows. The water tank(30) is filled with water(32) through which an ultrasonic beam irradiated from an ultrasonic generator(90) passes. A thermocouple bonded portion(14) is positioned in the lower portion of the water tank and arranged in an array form at regular intervals. A thermocouple fixture(12) is positioned between the thermocouple bonded portions. And, a multi-channel voltmeter(20) is electrically coupled to each of the thermocouple bonded portion and detects a sensing signal.
