PURPOSE: Pork cutlet sauce capable of being manufactured with simple materials without destroying nutrients, flavor and efficacy thereof as much as possible and raising the taste of a pork cutlet is provided. Therefore, the sauce is rich in nutrients and has various flavors and functionalities. CONSTITUTION: A half product is prepared by mixing cooking oil(or shortening) and margarine, heating at about 240deg.C and roasting with wheat flour, and the half product is added with beef flavor power, ketchup, Worcester sauce, sugar and various materials and strongly heated for 20 to 30min to produce pork cutlet sauce. |
