PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce generation of dusts from an air blowing part 1 and increase a blowing pressure of blown air. SOLUTION: The air blowing part 1 is composed of a cylindrical joint body 3 possessing a flange part 10 in the middle and a housing 2. The housing 2 is equipped with a concave part 4 for fitting the joint body 3 with a backward stepped part 5 receiving a front face 10 of a flange-like part 11 at the back face 2b and possesses at least plural air blowing nozzles 7 opened at the concave part 4 fitting the joint body. The joint body is fixed to the housing 2 detachably in a way that the front face of the flange-like part 10 comes into contact with the backward stepped part 5 of the housing 1 so closely that air tightness is kept. An air dispersion chamber 14 consisting of a space dispersing air is formed between the front face of the joint body 3 and the internal bottom face of the concave part 4 fitting the joint body of the housing 2.
