PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical container which does not cause contamination with bacteria or foreign matters and is in no danger of the damage and so on of the manufactured medical materials during storage or transportation. SOLUTION: The medical container comprises a bottomed cylindrical body having a bore of a prescribed shape inside and a cylindrical cap having a top plate. They are engaged with each other at the engagement part. The cap has through-holes arranged on the top plate, gas-permeable filter media covering the through-holes and a handle horizontal with the top plate and extending to the outside of the cylindrical body to disengage the engagement.
