PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folding chair to be used on a slope which can eliminate such a problem of the conventional four-leg chair that much assembling time is required, the user is likely to be tired since one has to sit in cross-legged fashion and falls forward when the front legs sink into the ground, and rear legs can get in the way on the slope. SOLUTION: By gripping a handle 19 and then opening it, a seat section 10 and connections (braces) of a foothold are integrated into one body. By extending and shortening front and rear legs having a locking mechanism, the seat section is adjusted flat, allowing the user to sit comfortably on the slope.
