PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for preparing and shipping articles, having simplified fixing construction, capable of easily assembling and exchanging a conveyor belt and easily maintainable. SOLUTION: This device for preparing and sipping articles such as leeks has a conveying device 20 for conveying forward a horizontal bucket 11 to be load with particles, a binding device 39 for binding articles set at the front side of the conveying device 20 and a conveyor belt 35 for conveying the bound articles by the binding device 39 in the left and right direction, wherein the conveyor belt 35 is tyingly turned around a starting end side roller 51 and a terminal end side roller 52 axially mounted on fitting grooves 53 having an upper opening and formed on a pair of conveying fixed frames 50 so as to be detachable without deassembling the conveying fixed frames 50.
