PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-purpose farm work machine that can efficiently carry out a variety of farm works with only one machine with high efficiency. SOLUTION: The objective multi-purpose farm work machine is attached to the rear of a tractor and carries out a variety of farm works, for example, weeding, plowing, ridge formation, drainage groove formation in the traveling direction and is equipped with a couple of rotary working shafts 3, 5 that can be spread to the both sides rearward to the advancing direction of the tractor. The rotary work tools 22 are fixed to the individual rotary work shafts 3, 5 in prescribed intervals shaft each and can be rotated positively and reversely in accordance with the rotation of these rotary work shafts 3, 5. The rotary work shafts 3, 5 can take the horizontal posture at which the shaft becomes horizontal and the incline posture at which the shaft becomes high at the front end and becomes low at the rear end. In the horizontal posture, the rotary work shafts 3, 5 rotate in the mutually reverse directions whereby the rotary work tools 22 carry out the weeding and plowing works. In the inclined posture, the rotary work shafts on the right and left sides rotate in the mutually reverse directions thereby the rotary work tools 22 can form ridge grooves and drainage grooves.
