PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce uneven density such as stripe unevenness without lowering image quality at an image boundary section in a line recording system. SOLUTION: A multi-nozzle ink jet recording device is provided with an electric field forming means for making plural nozzles charged and forming a deflecting electric field by installing straight-line common electrodes in parallel with a nozzle-array direction, a means for giving instructions on how to have recording dots from the plural different nozzles overlap one another, and a signal processing means for creating bit map data, discharge data from the means for giving the instructions on how to have the recording dots overlap one another to the respective nozzles, and electrode data to each common electrode. |
