PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein a supply service of vehicle maintenance information of vehicle routine inspection or the like from a vehicle maintenance agency to an individual vehicle user, a customer, is troublesome for the vehicle maintenance agency of which the main business is vehicle maintenance, and apt to be neglected. SOLUTION: A host computer 2, a maintenance factory side information terminal 3, and a user terminal 4 of a vehicle user are interconnected via the Internet lines 1, vehicle information and personal information of the vehicle user are transmitted from the maintenance side terminal 3 to the host computer 2, the host computer 2 prepares vehicle maintenance information on the vehicle of the vehicle user base on the vehicle information, and the vehicle maintenance information is supplied from the host computer 2 to the maintenance side terminal 3 and the user terminal 4. |
