PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify assembly of an instrument panel and reduce a mold cost. SOLUTION: This instrument panel is provided with a frame structure 1 which is fixed to a vehicle, a trim structure 2 which is detachably/attachably mounted on this frame structure 1 and faces on a living space inside of a cabin, and a vent duct 34 which guides air from a vent outlet 17 of an air conditioning unit 9 for an automobile housed in an air conditioning unit housing space 6 formed in the frame structure 1 to the living space. In the instrument panel, the frame structure 1 comprises a frame structure main body 4 and a vent duct case part 5 which is integrally formed with this frame structure main body 4 and comprises one part of the vent duct 34. A partition wall 7 for separating an air guide passage 8 of the vent duct case part 5 from the air conditioning unit housing space 6 is inclined to a mold release direction (in the longitudinal direction BB of a vehicle). When the trim structure 2 is mounted on the frame structure 1, the vent duct 34 is formed with the vent duct case part 5 and the trim structure 2.
