METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING POLYMER CONCRETE WATER PERMEABLE PIPE

PURPOSE: A method for fabricating a polymer concrete water permeable pipe is provided to maximize the water permeability and to enhance the endurance of the water permeable pipe with improving the workability. CONSTITUTION: A filling stuff and aggregates are mixed in a mixer. Then, resin and curing agent are inputted into the mixer so as to uniformly mix the filling stuff and aggregates. The mixture is withdrawn into a pipe type bronze mold. At the same time, the mixture is hardened by using a vibrator, thereby forming a water permeable pipe. The water permeable pipe is separated from the pipe type bronze mold after 2-3 hours lapse and cured in atmosphere for one week. The filling stuff includes portland cement and a non-saturated polyester is used as a coupling agent.
