An unattended remote information system for a water supply/drainage treatment tank is provided to transmit a management code generated for management information about tanks to a CID server in a method that a communication device makes a call with the CID server by using plural telephone numbers allocated to the CID server and leaves a calling number, thereby transmitting various management information about the tanks to a remote tank management station without spending high communication expenses. Water supply/drainage treatment tanks(A1,A2,~,An) generate management information about water supply and drainage, water, and waste water and provide the generated management information to a tank monitoring device(10). The tank monitoring device receives the management information, displays an information state and a management code according to the management information, and transmits the management code to a CID(Caller's Identification) server(18). A communication device(11) transmits the management code provided from the tank monitoring device to the CID server. A tank management server(20) receives the management code from the CID server and reports follow-up measures corresponding to the management code to a tank management station(22).
