The invention relates to a mechanically operated liquid pump (1), especially for medical and nutrition-physiological liquids. The inventive pump comprises a frame (2) that accommodates a leaf spring (5) that is movable between two snap positions. An elastic membrane (15) is held in the frame and a pouch (8) is inserted between the leaf spring and the membrane for holding the liquid, said pouch having an outlet (10) for the liquid. In the one snap position of the leaf spring towards the membrane the leaf spring acts upon the pouch, when the pressure of the liquid contained therein increases, and the pouch displaces the elastic membrane to a stretched position. The inventive pump is simple in design and can be produced at especially low costs. It is easy to handle and universally applicable. |
