The set of catalytic microporous germanates comprises the products of hydrothermal synthesis of a mixture of GO2, Cu(NO3)2.H2O or Ag(NO3), ammonia, water and ethylene glycol (molar ratio 1:0.1:2:2:0.1). Propylamine and pyridine (0.3:1) are added when the copper compound is used. EMBODIMENT - The teflon-coated reactor facilitates catalytic cyclopropanation of olefins with ethyl diazo acetate.
