The invention relates to the use of polycarboxylate-based flow agents made of water soluble copolymers for anhydrite-based flow screeds. The advantage of the inventive flow agent in comparison with conventional products is that it provides the anhydrite-based flow screeds with good flowing and running properties and ensures long durational processability even when very small doses are used.
