<p>Current transformers feature a chassis, which allows faster and automatic positioned manual or machine location of the toroid into it, prior to be filled with mass, and at the same time fixing to the panel of the printed circuit, so that the coil terminals are released of any mechanical forces, which could occur during operation, while the procedure of fixing the transformer is carried out manually or with machines and without any additional elements, which would be separated from the chassis. On the external cover (6) the transformer according to the invention features a bracket (11), with its surface located in the surface (9) level and both surfaces anticipated to fit the printed circuit board (10). The bracket (11) on part (13) at its free end features a concave protuberance, while on the remaining part of the surface (12) there are a locking mechanism and a positioning plug (15), which correspond to both openings (16, 17) on panel (10) of the printed circuit, and at the same time the only surface (6) of the chassis (1) is made on the internal side by a positioning bedding (6') for coil (2), so that the coil is located inside the chassis (1) not touching its walls of the external and internal cover (7, 19).</p> |
