Permeable for liquids upper sheet (8) is placed at least in central zone (3) on facing the wearing person side of absorbing core (2). Said product has longitudinal (y) and transversal (x) direction. Said product at least in basic zone part contains external covering sheet(10) in form of elastic laminate (11). Elastic laminate (11) is placed at least in essential part of front zone (5) of basic zone, which in using is intended for putting on wearing person stomach, elastic laminate (11) having softness (s) by Kawabata, which constitutes at least 20.
