A functional dual layer paper cup having a rugged outer surface is provided to exert antibacterial effects through the emission of anions, to improve heat insulation effects and safety for users. A paper cup is coated with silica-tourmaline and silica nano-silver. An outer cylindrical paper body is formed by rolling a sheet of paper. To get heat insulation effects, the cylindrical paper body wraps a paper container with a certain space between the wall of the paper container and the wall of the cylindrical paper body. Apart from this, the cylindrical paper body has a rugged outer surface in a form of steps or in a concave-convex pattern in a horizontal direction along the outer circumferential surface of the cylindrical paper body. |
