A circuit board and an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) comprising the same are provided to enable the standardization of the circuit board and mass-production of the LCD, thereby reducing the manufacturing cost of the LCD. A first circuit board(400) includes a timing controller(460) for supplying an image signal, a data control signal, and a gate control signal, and a reference common voltage generation circuit(430) for outputting a reference common voltage. A second circuit board(600) includes an individual common voltage generation circuit(660) for receiving the reference common voltage to output a plurality of individual common voltages, and signal lines(SL) for transmitting the image signal, the data control signal, and the gate control signal. A data driver(360) provides an image data voltage corresponding to the image signal in response to the data control signal transmitted through the second circuit board. A gate driver(330) provides a gate signal in response to the gate control signal supplied through the second circuit board. An LCD panel(300) is coupled with the data driver and the gate driver. The LCD panel includes a first display substrate, a second display substrate, and a liquid crystal layer interposed between the first display substrate and the second display substrate. The first display substrate includes a plurality of gate lines for receiving the gate signal, a plurality of data lines for receiving the image data voltage, and a plurality of pixel electrodes connected to the gate lines and the data lines. The second display substrate includes a common electrode disposed oppositely to the pixel electrodes.
