EMBEDDMENT OF THE LEVER FOR SHIFTING THE CLUTCH OF THE ELECTRIC STARTER IN INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINE

The embedment of the lever for shifting the clutch of the electric starter for internal combustion engines solves the problem of embedment of the lever (7) without and additional fine machining and ensures the tightness of the assembly. Its design has a cylindrical part (11) and a concave plate (12) on the lever support (13) stuck on the peg (35) of the reduction gear housing (17), with side cylindrical pins (15) in the axle (10) of the lever (7) which reach into the grooves (16) on the legs (20) of the lever support (13). The cylindrical pins (15) guide the lever (7) in the grooves (16) in the longitudinal direction of the grooves. The mounting of the lever (7) is made possible by pressing the lever (7) into the support of the lever (13) and by widening the elastic part (27) of the legs (20) of the lever support (13). By pressing the lever (7) into the lever support (13), the chamfered sections (26) of the back part of the cylindrical pins (15) widen the elastic parts (27) of the legs (20) of the lever support (13). The guides (28) on the inner side of the legs (20) ensure the guiding of cylindrical pins (15) to the final position in the grooves (16).
