PURPOSE: A device for removing inclusions of molten steel is provided to easily remove inclusions without input of separate subsidiary raw materials by collecting inclusions using a difference of electromagnetic characteristics between inclusions and molten steel, and a method for removing inclusions using the same is provided. CONSTITUTION: The device(10) for removing inclusions of molten steel comprises a refractory member(12) for protecting a built-in member from molten steel; a solenoid part(14) which is installed inside the refractory member(12) with being coiled in a coil shape so that an inlet(16) and an outlet(15) of a conductor pipe are formed on the same side surface of the refractory member(12), and which is consisted so that magnetic field is generated as cooling water is being discharged to the outlet(15) after cooling water is injected into the inlet(16) of the conductor pipe, wherein the refractory member is a refractory material of alumina, and the conductor pipe is a copper pipe. The method for removing inclusions of molten steel in a ladle comprises the process of removing the inclusions by dipping the inclusion removing device into molten steel in the ladle and removing supplying a power of 20 to 30 kW to the inlet and outlet of the solenoid part of the inclusion removing device in an AC power supply, wherein the method further comprises the process of agitating molten steel by blowing an inert gas into the bottom of the ladle in a flow rate of 0.066 to 0.133 Nm¬3/min per molten steel ton.
