PURPOSE: A method for guiding consumers to select products and services is provided to enable consumers to easily select desired products by analyzing and collecting judgement standards for the sensitivity and the reason of the consumers through simple researches, and by displaying the guides for selecting products and services to the consumers. CONSTITUTION: A consumer selects an area of a product to be purchased(S10). Questions relevant to the area of sensitivity and reason for the product are displayed(S20). The user respectively selects important items in the area(S30). After the items are allocated to determined levels, the levels are displayed to the consumer(S40). The consumer selects levels among the levels displayed(S50). An operator arrays the levels selected on a test planning table(S60). The operator makes research items with reference to the table(S70). Items selected by the consumer among the research items are changed into grades and recorded(S80). An estimation table is made out using the grades(S90). The sum of the grades by items is calculated(S100). A graph is made out using the sum(S110). Guides for the products are displayed to the consumers with reference to the graph(S120). |
