APPARATUS FOR EARLY SENSING CLOGGING OF TUYERE IN BLAST FURNACE

PURPOSE: An apparatus for early sensing clogging of a tuyere in a blast furnace is provided to prevent damage of the tuyere by early sensing clogging of the tuyere due to falling of a non-reduced ore lump, blocking the tuyere from being clogged by pulverized coal, and injecting the pulverized coal again at a stable time point. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for early sensing clogging of a tuyere in a blast furnace comprises an inlet temperature sensor(60-2) detecting an inlet temperature of a cooling water pipe(60-1); an outlet temperature sensor(60-3) detecting an outlet temperature of the cooling water pipe(60-1); a controller(60-8) judging whether or not a difference between temperature of the inlet temperature sensor(60-2) and temperature of the outlet temperature sensor(60-3) is contained in the preset control temperature range and controlling alarm when the difference is not contained in but deviated from the control temperature range; an alarm bell(60-5) outputting alarm sound according to controlling of the controller(60-8); and an alarm lamp(60-4) indicating a cooling water pipe which is deviated from the control temperature range according to controlling of the controller(60-8), wherein the apparatus further comprises a temperature indicator(60-6) indicating measured temperatures; and a temperature recorder(60-7) recording the measured temperatures, the controller(60-8) controls indication of the measured temperatures using the temperature indicator(60-6) while the controller(60-8) controls recording of the measured temperatures using the temperature recorder(60-7), and the controller(60-8) stops injection of pulverized coal by stopping action of a PCI lance in case that the temperature difference is deviated from the control temperature range.
