PURPOSE: A process of easily decomposing or dissolving an unsaturated polyester resin-curing material using specified treatment liquid is provided. Therefore, a filler and resin of a composite material containing the filler and unsaturated polyester resin-curing material are separated and each of which can be easily reused. CONSTITUTION: An unsaturated polyester resin-curing material is treated at 250deg.C or less under atmospheric pressure by using specified treatment liquid including a phosphoric acid compound or a salt thereof and an organic solvent as an essential component. The phosphoric acid compound contains an alkali metal ion, calcium phosphate and calcium phosphate hydrate and the organic solvent has a melting point of 170deg.C or more and contains an alcohol-based solvent.
