PURPOSE: A vehicle audio system burglarproof apparatus is provided to prevent a vehicle audio system from being robbed by generating an alarm and fixing the vehicle audio system at a vehicle body when the vehicle audio system is separated from the vehicle body by force. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle audio system burglarproof apparatus comprises an audio system(50), an audio system separation sensing wire, a control computer(70), an audio system separation-preventing device(80), and an alarm(75). The audio system(50) is assembled and fixed at a crash pad bracket(53) of a vehicle body by a screw(55). The audio system separation sensing wire is connected at a rear side of the audio system and senses a separation of the audio system. The control computer(70) outputs a control signal for preventing a theft of the audio system. The audio system separation-preventing device(80) is driven depending on the signal of the control computer, so that the audio system is not separated. The alarm(75) generates an alert sound depending on the signal of the control computer. The audio system separation-preventing device(80) is composed of a locking lever(50a), a separation preventing motor(81), and a separation-preventing lever(81b).
