PURPOSE: A steering wheel fixing apparatus for vehicle crash test is provided to minimize distortion of coupling portion, while obtaining test data with improved reliability. CONSTITUTION: A steering wheel fixing apparatus comprises a wheel fixing column(60) where a steering wheel(51) is assembled through a bolt(52); a wheel fixing base(70) for supporting the wheel fixing column; a load cell base(85) assembled to the top of a steering column(90) through a bolt(95); and a three-axis load cell(80) interposed between the wheel fixing base and the load cell base, and which measures three-axis load. The lower portion of the wheel fixing column has a gradually decreasing outer diameter. Thus, the wheel fixing column and the wheel fixing base are coupled in such a manner that the lower portion of the wheel fixing column is inserted, in multiple steps, into the wheel fixing base. The wheel fixing column includes a wheel fixing portion having a male screw part for assembly of the steering wheel through the bolt; and a base insertion portion(62) connected to an end of the wheel fixing portion, and which has an outer diameter smaller than the outer diameter of the wheel fixing portion, so as to be inserted into the wheel fixing base.
