PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for forming a rubber fatigue testing piece is provided to precisely perform the fatigue test against an interfacial surface between rubber and woven fabric by using a woven fabric fixing device and a conveying guide. CONSTITUTION: A woven fabric(15) is fixed to a woven fabric fixing device(12). The woven fabric fixing device(12) having at least one woven fabric(15) fixed thereto is coupled to a mold(11) by means of a conveying guide bar(13). Then, raw rubber is injected into the mold(11). After that, raw rubber is compressed by a piston(14). Then, the mold(11) is separated from a fatigue testing piece. An apparatus(10) for forming a rubber fatigue testing piece includes the mold(11), the woven fabric fixing device(12), the conveying guide bar(13), and the piston. A stepped portion is formed in the woven fabric fixing device(12).
