PURPOSE: A method and a system for transacting contents based on a P2P network are provided to enable a purchaser to make a purchase by enabling a seller to directly update information on digital contents products through the seller's computer in real time. CONSTITUTION: In case that a purchaser connects to a seller terminal through a P2P network(300), the terminal transmits authority information to a purchaser terminal(305). The purchaser reads the information and contents to be purchased. In addition, the purchaser transmits the contents selected to the seller terminal(310). The seller receives names of the contents and transmits an amount of money for packaging authority information on the contents(315). The purchaser reads the amount and determines whether to purchase the contents(320). The seller terminal performs a packaging of the contents and the information(325). The contents and the information are transmitted to the purchaser terminal through the P2P network(330). According to a payment unit selected by the purchaser, prices for using the contents are charged to a card company or a bank(335). |
