DEVICE FOR DIRECTLY CONNECTING DRIVING FORCE OF AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION IN VEHICLE

PURPOSE: A direct connecting apparatus of driving force for an automatic transmission in a vehicle is provided to obtain power stably by transmitting driving force from an input shaft of the transmission to a crankshaft of the engine with connecting the crankshaft to the input shaft in stopping the engine during traveling. CONSTITUTION: A direct connecting device of driving force for an automatic transmission vehicle is composed of a direct power connecting unit installed between a crankshaft(C/S) of an engine and an input shaft(I/S) of the transmission for reverse driving; an engine start detecting unit detecting starting of the engine during traveling; and a control unit actuating the direct power connecting unit in stopping the engine. A power steering system and a brake booster are operated with driving an oil pump and generating negative pressure continuously by transmitting power from the input shaft to the crankshaft in stopping the engine during traveling.
