PURPOSE: Provided is a method for producing material used in civil engineering or constructional application as finishing product or structural by utilizing used constructional waste. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises several steps of breaking used constructional waste material such as used concrete, plastic, glass or ceramics; admixing 60-90wt% of the broken material, 10-30wt% of polyester resin and 5wt% of bio-ceramics; charging the admixture into a mould under vibration and in a condition of 200kgf/cm¬2 of pressure and 85-90 deg.C of temperature for 5-30 minutes and forming a product; curing the compressed product in a drying furnace at 30-90 deg.C for 10-50 minutes; and cutting the cured product into a desirable dimension of the constructional and civil engineering products. The broken material consist of 20wt% of resin, 5wt% of calcium carbonate, 35wt% of used concrete, 20wt% of used plastic, 10wt% of used glass and 10wt% of used ceramics.
