PURPOSE: An impact distributing apparatus for a vehicle is provided to reduce impact energy by dispersing shock through a shroud to front side members with installing an impact distributing member at a collision. CONSTITUTION: An impact distributing device of a vehicle is composed of a shroud member(10) surrounding a radiator and a cooling fan; a front cross member(30) improving stiffness and strength by traversing a main frame(20); front side members(40) combined with the lower part of the front cross member for reinforcing to prevent deformation of the vehicle body at the low speed collision, and to absorb impact by buckling and deforming at the high speed collision; and impact distributing members(50) installed in the lower parts of the front side member and the shroud member to disperse shock. Impact is reduced with distributing shock through the shroud member to both sides of the front side member, and convenience is improved with installing the impact distributing apparatus in the vehicle simply.
