<p>PURPOSE: Provided is a method for manufacturing good quality construction materials by using waste lime, waste construction materials and polyester resin, which decreases manufacturing cost and environmental pollution. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of construction materials such as bricks, tiles, panels, blocks, etc. is as follows: separating construction materials and waste lime according to the kind; controlling water of the collected lime to be less than 10%; grinding waste construction materials, such as concrete, plastic, glass and pottery, and waste lime separately; mixing 10-70wt.% of construction materials comprising 40wt.% of concrete, 20wt.% of plastics, 20wt.% of glass, 20wt.% of pottery with 10-70wt.% of waste lime and 20wt.% of polyester resin; hydraulic pressing with vibration at 85-90deg.C for 5-30min. under pressure of 200kgf/cm¬2; drying at 30-150deg.C for 10-120min. for curing; polishing and cutting preforms according to standards.</p> |
