PURPOSE: A motor tension adjuster of a parking brake for a vehicle is provided to move a vehicle promptly by releasing locking of the parking brake outdoors and by returning to the locking state automatically after moving. CONSTITUTION: A motor tension adjusting device of a parking brake for a vehicle is composed of an actuating unit(10) generating rotational force by operating electrically; a restricting unit locking and unlocking wheels of the vehicle by pulling or pushing a cable(3) with an operating unit(30); the operating unit driving the restricting unit by applying power from a battery to the actuating unit; an outer operating unit releasing locking of the restricting unit by operating the actuating unit out of the vehicle; and an automatic returning unit locking the restricting unit by operating the actuating unit. Locking of the vehicle is released outdoors with controlling the parking brake through the motor, and the vehicle is moved conveniently for parking. The locking of the brake is returned automatically according to moving distance of the vehicle.
