PURPOSE: An oil drain structure of an oil filter is provided to prevent the pollution of an engine and the surroundings by preventing the remnant oil from being flowed into an engine at exchanging a filter. CONSTITUTION: An oil drain structure of an oil filter comprises a lower end case(10), an upper end case(20) and a filter(30). The lower end case comprises an inlet port(11) through which an oil is flowed in, an opening end(13) receiving a logic turn valve(13b) opening a passage by the pressure of the oil flowed in through an inflow hole(13a) communicated to a discharge port(12) supplying the oil flowed in through the inlet port to a lubrication part, and a drain port(14) protruded toward the inlet port. The upper end case comprises a relief end(21) comprising an element core(21) having a relief valve(22) bypassing the oil when the pressure of the oil flowed into the lower end case is abnormal, a flange(23) selectively opening and shutting the inflow hole and installed at the relief valve, and a plug(25) exposed to pressurize the flange at the outside. The filter is installed in the cases(10,20) to remove the impurities of the oil.
