PURPOSE: A tilting device of a headrest for a vehicle is provided to adjust a headrest according to the driver's taste, the physical condition, and the position by installing a tilting device within the headrest and making a cushion cover turned according to controlling the operating handle. CONSTITUTION: A frame(10) has a supporting rod(12) installed to the upper part of a seat back(30). A tilting device of headrest for a vehicle supports the back part of the head of a driver by turning a cushion cover(19). The tilting device of the rest comprises a driving bar(13) and a slave bar(14), a cam, a return spring(17), and a pressurizing plate(18). The driving bar and slave bar turns on a supporter(11) installed to the frame. The cam is installed to the shaft(13a) of the driving bar and the cam pressurizes the slave bar. The end of the return spring is fixed to the frame and slave bar. The pressurizing plate is installed to the slave bar and the pressurizing plate turns a cushion cover(19). The cushion cover is turned by installing the tilting device and adjusting the operation handle installed at an end of the driving bar. Therefore, the headrest is adjusted suitably.
