PURPOSE: A shock absorber of a vehicle is provided to improve driving experience by automatically and optimally adjusting damping force according to the road surface and traveling state. CONSTITUTION: A pin(200) is inserted to a hollow rod(100), and a flow regulating disk(300) is installed in the upper part of a piston valve(500). A protrusion of the pin is combined with the middle of the flow regulating disk, and a slit is formed in the flow regulating disk. Holes(411,102) are formed symmetrically in an upper washer(410) and a lower nut(400) corresponding to the slit of the flow regulating disk. The size of a bypass is adjusted according to degree of overlap of the slit of the flow regulating disk and the hole of the upper washer. Damping force is adjusted continuously with varying the size of the bypass by turning the flow regulating disk. Driving experience is improved with adjusting damping force automatically according to traveling state.
