<p>Effective and directed modification of microbiological conditions in support of plant growing is carried out by systematic, repeated application of selected useful microbes containing bio-preparations for plants and/or by preparations, that contain selectively useful nutrients for a collection of suitable microbes already present in the plant-microbes-soil system.
