SPEED CONTROL METHOD FOR DRIVING MOTOR OF TRANSFER ROLL IN HEATING SECTION OF CONTINUOUS ANNEALING FURNACE

PURPOSE: A speed control method for a driving motor of a transfer roll in a heating section of a continuous annealing furnace is provided to improve the passage stability of a steel plate by improving a tension force control property, and to reduce defects caused on the surface of the steel plate. CONSTITUTION: The speed control method for a driving motor of a transfer roll in a heating section of a continuous annealing furnace comprises: a step for estimating a temperature of a steel plate per each pass thereof in relation with tension force control of the steel plate; a step for calculating a thermal expansion length about the temperature of the steel plate; a step for obtaining a speed setting value of the roll driving motor by using the estimated temperature and the calculated thermal expansion length; and a step for supplying the set motor speed control value of the roll driving motor to a motor driving control device.
