PURPOSE: A clutch plate supporting structure of a multi-plate clutch is provided to properly support a plurality of clutch plates in the radial direction for restraining unintended vibration in the radial direction and preventing the noise by the collision between front end surfaces of the clutch plates and a retainer. CONSTITUTION: A clutch plate supporting structure of a multi-plate clutch includes an elastic supporting element for supporting front end surfaces of coupling parts of clutch plates(3) spline-coupled with a clutch retainer(1) in the radial direction, wherein the elastic supporting element has a plate spring(11) mounted to a spline part of the clutch retainer coupled with the clutch plates, and the plate spring is curved in a predetermined shape and has a fixing part to be fixed to the spline part of the retainer and a supporting surface supporting the front end surfaces of the clutch plates.
