PURPOSE: A device for transferring a coil transport truck is provided to automatically maintain a specific angle of a lift hook by a key shaft and a key and to prevent an accident. CONSTITUTION: A transferor of a coil transport truck comprises a shaft arm(14) moving along a shaft arm guide by movement of a shaft(10); a key shaft connected to the shaft arm; a key maintaining a lift hook(21) by being moved along spiral shaped key grooves; a coil transport truck conveniently removed or mounted; lift guides(17,18) inserting the lift hook with a lift hook shaft(15); a lift hook stopper(16) preventing the lift hook from being opened by being attached to the lift hook; and a pin combining the shaft arm into the shaft arm guide. The lift look receives load to endure specific weight while closing the lift hook. Thereby, the transferor of the coil transport truck automatically maintains a specific angle of the lift hook by the key shaft and the key. Moreover, the transferor of the coil transport truck prevents an accident.
