METHOD FOR PREVENTING SHIP FROM SLANTING WHILE LOADING

PURPOSE: A method for preventing slanting of a ship while loading is provided to improve safety in loading by preventing the slanting of the ship by automatically check and to improve loading efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A method for preventing slanting of a ship in loading comprises a first stage(S101) processing data; a second stage(S102) deciding an order of a working holder according to size of moment; a third stage(S103) receiving working amount by detecting through a meter while transferring material into a conveyer belt; a fourth stage(S104) calculating residue amount of the holder; a fifth stage(S105) deciding whether the residue is under 5% of entire loading amount; a sixth stage(S106) operating a process while the residue is over 5%; a seventh stage(S107) checking the residue of the holder; an eighth stage(S108) calculating total of the moment in a front holder; a ninth stage(S109) calculating total of a moment in a rear holder; a tenth stage(S110) calculating subtraction between the total of the holders; and an eleventh stage calculating ratio of the moment.
